clinicians, engineers, and policy makers working in the field.
The conference is designed to encourage the informal exchange of ideas and information, with ample free time for approximately 125 participants to meet, connect, and discuss areas of mutual interest.
What Registration Includes
The comprehensive conference registration fee includes four nights of hotel accommodations, all meals (3 drink tickets), tutorial, reception, and banquet (with wine service). Incidentals incurred at the hotel during an attendee’s stay are not included.
2027 Abstract Submissions Are Open
Abstract submissions for the 2027 ISCE Annual Conference are open through December 1, 2026.
Please select the appropriate submission pathway below. Regular scientific abstracts and Jos Willems Early Career Investigator Competition abstracts use separate submission forms.
Regular Abstract Submission
Use this submission form for regular scientific abstracts being submitted for consideration in the 2027 ISCE Annual Conference program.
Eligible early career investigators who wish to participate in the Jos Willems Early Career Investigator Competition must use the dedicated Young Investigator submission form.
The Jos Willems Early Career Investigator Competition is open to current students in an academic degree program; interns, residents, or fellows in medical training; and anyone who has received their highest academic degree, or completed residency for
MDs, within four years prior to the conference. Proof of eligibility is required.
Early Career Investigator submissions ranked highest by a panel of judges will be invited as finalists to present orally at the conference and will receive travel funds. All other eligible submitters will be invited to present their work as a poster and
may qualify for a reduced comprehensive conference fee if they attend and present.
All attendee cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by December 31, 2026 will be offered a refund less a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after January 31, 2027.
