The Society is devoted to the advancement of electrocardiography through the application of computer methods. Its annual scientific conference brings together scientists, clinicians, engineers and policy makers working in the field. Since the conference is designed to stimulate the informal exchange of ideas and information, attendance is limited to approximately 125 participants.
Topics to be presented ISCE Conferences are
    - ECG and machine learning
- ECG and electrolyte abnormalities
- ECG monitoring
- ECG signal processing
- ECG criteria enhancement
- Repolarization variability and dynamics
- ECG in mobile applications and telemedicine
- ECG in cardiac risk stratification
- ECG-based risk prediction in cardiogenetics
- Cardiac rhythm: diagnosis and dynamics
- ECG algorithms and regulatory issues
- ECG in assessment of atrial fibrillation complexity
- ECG issues in drug development
- ECG imaging technologies
- Stress ECG: diagnosis and prognosis
- ECG in cardiac resynchronization therapy
- ECG in acute coronary syndromes
- ECG and implantable devices
