The Society is devoted to the advancement of electrocardiography through the application of computer methods. Its annual scientific conference brings together scientists, clinicians, engineers and policy makers working in the field. Since the conference is designed to stimulate the informal exchange of ideas and information, attendance is limited to approximately 125 participants. Topics to be presented at the 2020 Conference:

  • Repolarization variability and dynamics
  • ECG in mobile applications and telemedicine

  • Cardiac rhythm: diagnosis and dynamics
  • ECG algorithms and regulatory issues
  • ECG in assessment of atrial fibrillation complexity
  • ECG issues in drug development
  • ECG imaging technologies
  • Stress ECG: diagnosis and prognosis
  • ECG in cardiac resynchronization therapy
  • ECG in acute coronary syndromes
  • ECG and implantable devices

Abstract submissions for the 2020 Conference are CLOSED. 

 To submit an abstract, please complete the following form.  

You MUST include the following when submitting an abstract: 

Title of the abstract

Authors’ names, institution, city, (state), country  (see form below for submission style requirements)

Abstract Body (see form below for submission requirements)

  • Background - context or background for the research and should state its purpose.
  • Methods - basic procedures (selection of study subjects or laboratory animals, observations and analytical methods)
  • Results - main findings (giving specific effect sizes and their statistical significance, if possible), and 
  • Conclusions - principal conclusions.  This section should emphasize new and important aspects of the study or observations.

Additional guidelines:

No illustrations or references should be included. Abstract submissions must be 400 words or less (including background, methods, results, and conclusions).
